Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How Can I Make an Appointment for an Initial Consultation?

The first step is to call our office at (757) 321-0054 and schedule an initial consultation. A consultation is an orientation appointment where you will personally meet with Frank Driscoll to explain your case. Frank Driscoll will ask you questions about the details of your case and ask to see related documents before he can offer any legal advice or make a decision as to whether to take your case.

How Long Will the Initial Consultation Last?

Although we schedule each initial consultation for one hour, your actual appointment may last more or less than one hour. It depends on the complexity of your situation and how much information you were able to have organized before your initial consultation with us.

What Should I Bring to My Consultation?

  • A list of questions. Clients often have a million questions and concerns before a meeting, one or more of which they then forget to ask when sitting face to face. We encourage you to write down a list of questions you have for Frank J. Driscoll, Jr.,  so you can refer to the list during your initial consultation. If your loved ones and anyone else you trust have specific questions, write those down in advance as well.

  • Any documents relevant to your case. Additionally, information like the court case number or the dates in which events happened are very useful for us during and after your initial consultation.
